Shipping Information:
Items will be processed and shipped via USPS Priority mail or UPS within 72 hours of purchase (not including Sundays and Holidays). Please keep in mind that processing times have no relationship with estimated shipping times of your chosen shipping method. Stated USPS shipping times are only estimates.
Shipping calculations are based on shipping to zone 8. If shipping costs paid (as shown on invoice) is more than $2.00 than actual USPS shipping, the excess cost will be refunded back to you through Paypal after shipping label has been printed.
We will contact you if there is a problem with shipping status or if there is a problem filling your order.
We currently only accept Payments through Paypal. We can only ship Paypal orders to a Paypal confirmed address. The name and address on the Paypal account must be exactly the same shown on the ship to and billing address. There is no exception to this rule.
Refunds and Return Policies:
All items are sold as described. Please e-mail us with all questions prior to purchase. If you have a problem after receiving your item, please contact us by e-mail at 4mockingbird@sbcglobal.net within 5 days of receipt of package (DC/tracking confirmed) so we can work out a reasonable solution. Please allow enough time for us to respond.
All returns must be preauthorized by us and assigned an RA number. Returns must be in their original packaging and returned back to us within 7 days of approval. We will give you return shipping information at time of return authorization.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for unclaimed or refused merchandise and for items not returned in their original condition/packaging.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable on returns and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds are funded back through the same method paid.
Special Orders:
We are limited in storage space so we do not carry large amounts of inventory. If you would like larger amounts of our faux/artificial food items, please contact us and we will see if we can accommodate you. We usually need 2-3 weeks to get orders in and shipped out to you. A small deposit may be required to process your order.
Fraud:
If we suspect we are a victim of fraud, Big Mac's Knick Knacks will file the appropriate reports with shipping carriers, Attorney General, and Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
